    This BOXFIT session will have you performing a variety of different exercise drills to keep your muscles challenged. Each exercise will be timed so you know how long each set will last and you will be set a rest time for recovery. All the exercises programmed are bodyweight only and focus on helping you to become stronger, fitter, and leaner.

    HIIT 18th November 2024 - 7:00 am

    This high-intensity interval training session has been designed to get you working as hard as you can throughout the session using just bodyweight.

    You will train in intervals of 20 to 45 seconds followed by small rest times of 10-30 seconds for recovery.

    You will become fitter, leaner, and stronger if you perform HIIT workouts regularly of 2-3 times per week.

    Short home workouts of less than 35 minutes are all you need!
